The 2022 CASE Science Conference aims to answer the National Academies' Call to Action for Science Education for better, more equitable science education. The Calls' vision, and ours, is that every student experiences the joy and wonder of science, learns how science can be used to solve local and global problems, sees the pathways they can take into science-related careers, and feels welcomed and valued in science classrooms.
We have an opportunity to reset science education so that it is better for all Californians and more equitable for populations of students from rural communities and those of color who are experiencing poverty.
Join us on this urgent call.
